GICLEE PRINT MAIL ORDER CUSTOMERS
The giclee prints are a new process that really do look nicer than any type of reproduction printing process. I want you to feel relaxed and confident about your purchase. You can have a 2-month test viewing. Take some time to view it make sure you like it. You can return the art work. I accept the responsibility of your satisfaction, because I want you as a long-term customer. This is my contract with you. Your only responsibility is to return the art work to me undamaged within 2 months. This is the safest way to buy art work. Shipping charges are not refunded.

PAINTINGS & ORIGINAL ART MAIL ORDERS
The same 2 month test viewing for giclee prints applies to my paintings. I want you to feel good about the prospect of bringing one into your home. Your only responsibility is to return the art work to me undamaged within 2 months. Shipping charges are not refunded.

When exchanges are made, the test viewing continues until 2 months after the initial purchase date. The intent of my test viewing is to reassure my online customers. The test viewing is not for in-person customers who have ample opportunity to spend time viewing to make an informed choice. Customers ask, “How can you offer such a guarantee? Don’t people abuse it?” Most don’t. For the few that do, I reserve the option of not allowing the test viewing on their future purchases. Modified or damaged art wok (i.e. trimmed, splattered with paint, chewed by a dog, etc.) cannot be returned. The test viewing does not cover special orders and commissions.

IN PERSON CUSTOMERS
All IN PERSON returns must be made within 60 days and accompanied with the receipt. Sale items are for exchange only. When I sell works with shop worn mats, frames or minor damage at big discounts in person, they are not returnable.

RETURNED SHIPPMENTS
All packages returned will be inspected upon receipt and the INSPECTION CRITERIA below will be used in accepting or rejecting credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

INSPECTION CRITERIA
Discrepancies, including but not limited to the following will result in return of the package to the customer and credit or replacement will not be issued.

  • Art work which was improperly packaged
  • Art work returned in non proper shipping container.
  • Damage to art work.
